Care and Managment in Secure Environment |
|
G4S Care and Justice Services has extensive experience in the care and management op people within a secure
environment, especially within a residential setting. Our philosophy behind care
and management is that our employees are caring people with a passion for services
that are skilled in the latest developments and innovations within their field of
care. We also view the people we care for, as having the potential that we need
to identify, develop and manage, while addressing challenging behavioral needs.
|
|
Our management is therefore holistic and applicable within most secure environments.
We focus on good corporate governance by ensuring that employees are addressing
the best interest of the people in our care through asset- and financial management.
The Multi-Disciplinary Team Approach is therefore central to all care and management
services.
Within our Secure Environments, services are following a four-tier developmental
approach, in which the person’s risks, strengths and challenges are targeted to
enhance his/her sense of belonging, mastery, independence and generosity. This approach
is underpinned by our assessments, which are done on admission, during the induction
phase and throughout the persons stay at the Centre (but at least every six months).

The four-tier developmental approach encompasses the following:
